Step 1. Getting Started.
During your initial phone medical evaluation with one our surgeons, we take the necessary time to know you, analyze your current condition and medical history in order to clearly understand your current needs.
We will help you, so you are mentally and physically prepared before and after your surgical procedure.

Step 2. Arriving to the Center.
You may fly into either Tijuana, Mexico or San Diego, California International Airport. We will make arrangements to pick you up and take you directly to Integrative Surgery Center. If you are driving your own vehicle, we will provide directions to ISC.

Step 3. Beginning your treatments and surgical procedure.
Your doctor will meet with you immediately to complete a thorough evaluation, and also to spend some time getting to know you, so you feel comfortable working with your doctor during your procedure.
The doctor will review your initial diagnosis or current condition and medical history. The doctor will want to know specifically about your experience –Physically, mentally, and emotionally, and will tailor your pre and post-surgical treatment program accordingly to your condition because your attitude towards your treatment and surgical procedure is an important factor in its success.

Step 4. During your treatment and surgical procedure.
You will find our facility is designed to provide a peaceful, restorative, and comfortable environment. Your stay at Integrative Surgery Center will vary based on your specific, customized treatment and surgical procedure. One thing you can expect is to meet with our medical staff to follow up with you every day.

Step 5. What to Wear.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing during your stay at Integrative Surgery Center, and avoid wearing jewelry. You may wish to wear layers you can remove and put on easily. During your surgical procedure we will provide you with the adequate hospital gowns.

Step 6. Your time in our Center.
Healthy meals, detoxification and natural treatments to strengthen your immune system are included in your procedure program. We are here to answer all of your questions about your program and happy to provide recommendations.
